COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Community Teams organize activities, allowing residents to build friendships and grow roots in the community. Residents who know and care for one another will stay longer. Each apartment community has its own unique profile and culture. Community Teams work with managers to develop a customized community development plan that may include:
- Seasonal parties
- Monthly meals for the community to enjoy
- Children and youth clubs
- Senior citizen's activities
- Women's groups
RESIDENT SERVICES
Community Teams serve residents in personal and meaningful ways -creating memorable apartment living experiences. Welcome visits, community service projects and unexpected gestures of appreciation remind residents that they are an integral part of a caring community. Community Teams also provide support in times of special need or celebration, such as job loss, illness or birth of a child.
MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
Managing an apartment community requires working long hours in a high-stress environment. Community Teams encourage staff and provide practical support. Employees who feel supported will remain committed to the company. Community Teams help by conducting mid-lease satisfaction (Because We Care) visits, helping with special resident needs, and encouraging and affirming staff, which ease the work load for your busy staff. Together, managers and Community Teams work toward common goals of building community and transforming lives.
